‘New England Aquarium’The aquarium boasts of over 7,000 fish, aquatic mammals and penguins. The main attraction is the four-story high 200,000 gallon giant ocean tank, encircled by a ramp. The aquarium houses many different sea creatures, which include barracudas, stingray, turtles and sharks. Visitors may also interact with some of the sea exhibits, sea stars, sea urchins and horseshoe crabs.
‘Franklin Zoo’Built in 1911, the zoo covers more than 72 acres of land filled with animals such as gorillas, leopards, hippos, giraffes and much, much more.
‘Bull & Finch Pub’Situated opposite the public gardens the place where ‘everyone knows you name’ is most recognizable for the hit television show ‘Cheers’. The exterior of the building is the same as the show; the interior is completely different but still houses a great selection of Cheers memorabilia.
